Thanks to internet that I came across two people who made an indelible impression on me.

I already introduced you to Israeli historian, Yuval Noah Harari. The other is British born American author & motivational speaker, Simon Sinek.

Simon’s mission in life - To inspire people to do the things that inspire them so that, together, we can change our world. There are numerous videos of him on different aspects related to people & workplace. His one such talk about Millennial Generation Is too good. Millennials are the generation generally born after 1984.

Simon feel that this generation is not still happy as there is a missing piece. And this piece can be broken into four things which are bad parenting, technology, impatience and the environment. His mission is to help this amazing generation to build their confidence, learn patience, learn the social skills and finally find a better balance between life & technology.

Actually I wanted to translate this talk in Marathi but half way through realised that I am not able to put across his thoughts in coherent manner and the core would be lost. Hence decided to share the link of his talk.
